Assurance Packages

Standard Package: £37.00 per month
Updating your accounts regularly is crucial to the success of your business. Assurance Bookkeeping Services will update your accounts monthly using the receipts and invoices you provide. A trial balance of your accounts will be prepared each month so you can keep track of your finances and then at your year end, you will receive a set of final accounts for the year.

Premium Package: £48.50 per month
There may be specific cost areas where you need more detailed information. In addition to our Standard Package we can provide monthly budget monitoring reports to help you control your costs, determine which areas of your business are cost effective and which are over budget. At the end of the year, you will also receive a Profit & Loss Account and  Balance Sheet for your business.

VAT Package: £10.50 per month
If your business is VAT registered, Assurance Bookkeeping Services can update your VAT account on a monthly basis and prepare your quarterly / annual VAT return to HMRC.

Additional Services: £18.95 per hour
Do you hate chasing your customers for outstanding invoices? Credit control is one of the additional services we can provide. We also offer Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger maintenance, Debtor and Creditor statement reconciliation and Bank account reconciliation.
